Log of changes:

  • Fixed bug that prevented the extract script from finishing when the input VCF file is empty or when no LOH block is produced in the computation. Useful when using the script in pipelines where there is little control over what content a single VCF file will have, among the many VCF files passed from the pipeline to JLOH.
