These parameters are new in Arnold 7.3.3.0. `gaffer.layout.index` metadata is now defined to prevent the "Scatter Diffusion" page being displayed before "Scatter" due to Arnold's default ordering placing half of the `scatter_diffusion` parameters before the `scatter` parameters, and the rest afterwards...
