A bit update

Walked through Tutorial 8 and made the following updates:

1. Fixed minor typos
2. Added brief explanations to help beginners
3. Expanded the "Git in VS Code" section. Since Git basics were already introduced in Tutorial 1, here it focuses more on the GUI workflow.
