@smortime Looks like path stuff. Do these pass locally and just fail on the remote Travis? |

@jlaura Looks like I need to add the data file from the previous assignment to make sure that the tests from our old assignment functions pass, then I fixed the utils path issue. For some reason had to say it is in . (even though that just refers to the current directory it is in... not sure why that fixed it). |

Still debugging test failures. Not sure why I am getting an import error in the functional_tests.py..
