MixTCRpred_v1.0_NY-ESO-1

This release contains the first version of MixTCRpred, a machine learning tool designed to predict TCR–epitope interactions. The release focuses on predicting TCRs specific to the NY-ESO-1 epitope, a well-known cancer-testis antigen expressed in various cancers such as melanoma, lung, and ovarian cancer.
