A Windows Forms application to create and edit sprites and save them in XML format.
Sprites are containers of poses (animations), and each pose contains a number of animation frames.
It was originally created for Technobabel but is now used for Octopus City Blues.
This is a .NET 5 application and can be built with a simple dotnet build command.
FMOD library is used to play frame sound effects. The FMOD DLL should be placed in executable path.
You can disable that functionality setting the SoundPlayback application setting to False.
