Bug reports and wiki for SQ 5.0

NOTE: Please read this before posting an issue

To help us resolve bugs much faster, consider adding the following to your issue:

• Bug reproduction steps. A list of steps we can take to reliably reproduce the bug.
• Screenshots of the bug occuring.
• Dates and times of when the bug occured.

The issue reporting is done under the "Issues" tab at the top of the screen, next to "Code".
