Enhancements

  • Added support for google_bigtable_instance (#209)
  • Added support for merging of remote IAM policies for storage bucket, organization, and folder. This allows validation to have a full picture of the IAM policy rather than just what is managed by Terraform. (Support already existed for project IAM.)
