captr is an image hosting and sharing website that aims to make the world smaller, one picture at a time. It will allow both amateur and professional photographers to share their work and comment on others. captr is a clone of the popular photo sharing website, Flickr and will implement many of its popular features once the clone is fully fleshed out.
