Growthcraft Fishtrap

Growthcraft Fishtrap is a mod which adds a block; Fishtrap, that automatically catches fish (and other stuff) for you! itemFish.png

It has five slots to store the items it catches randomly.

To function, the fishtrap needs at least one block of water adjacent to it (left, right, top, bottom, front, rear). The amount of water blocks adjacent to the fishtrap (3x3x3 cube) increases the fishtrap's chances in catching something up to 33% chance. The chance will increase by 75% if the fishtrap is set at a River or an Ocean (configurable via config file).

The fishtrap catches the same item as a fishing rod, with the same chances: 85% for fish, 10% for junk, and 5% for treasure. The items to be caught uses a weighted random to sort between the items. The higher the weight is, the higher the chance it will be caught. On the other hand, the lower the weight, the lower the chance it will be caught.

Tools, Weapons, and Armors (and any item that has durability) will be already damaged when caught by the Fishtrap. They will also have random enchantment/s if acquired through a treasure loot.
