Welcome to the Transform-registry wiki!

To add a row describing your transform to the spreadsheet transform-register.xls, use the columns as follows:

• Source Structure: definition of the structure of the transform source - e.g. HL7 V2, with version number and message definition
• Target Structure: definition of the target - e.g. FHIR resources in a Bundle with profiles
• Date notified: today. Send updates later if status changes
• Contact email: person who is prepared to discuss experience with interested people
• Status: suggested values are planned, developing, testing, live
• Test cases: optional link to folder containing test cases - pairs of source example and target required from tranform
• Transform source: optional link to folder containing source code of transform. Define source languages available, eg C#, XSLT
• Description: any other information of interest, e.g where deployed.
