Per our README, Search-That-Hash uploads data to our database to improve the experience for future users.

What we get:

• The Hash
• The Hashtype
• The Plaintext
• IP Address (to send you back the data via the API)

What we store:

• The Hash
• The Plaintext
• The Hashtype

That's it.

To turn this off, use offline mode --offline.

We use multiple other APIs and cannot guarantee their privacy or ascertain their privacy policies are similar to ours.

Do not use this tool on sensitive data.
