* [hxb] Reader: lazy type restoring

Try reducing the amount of modules restored during display requests

* [Hxb] Reader: lazify classes too

* [hxb] Reader: always wrap in TLazy

* [Hxb] Reader: lazify field refs too

* add make_lazy_type to hxb reader API
