max-message-size option

New option -max-message-size Max message size in kB (default 64).

Major refactoring including several fixes and enhancements:

1. ACK message is now sent only after a message has been delivered to Aidbox.
2. Message is now checked for null characters, which cannot be part of a JSON string.
3. Enhanced logging.

Release which fixes ignored -port command-line argument.

This is the latest build from the master branch. Most likely it's stable, but it's still not recommended for production use.
