Hearthstone:
- Added counter for The Ceaseless Expanse.
- Fixed handling of Starships when creating related cards.
- Fixed an issue where Tess Greymane related cards were not taking in consideration player class changing by playing a Hero card.
- Fixed Rewind showing in the opponent's related cards when it was not relevant.
- Fixed cards popping in when hovering counters or effects that show a multi-card tooltip.
