Python Jupyter notebook used to generate heatmap of publication records for Roadmap on Deep Learning in Microscopy
Data was acquired from Web of Science (https://www.webofscience.com/wos/woscc/basic-search) by querying the desired search and using the analyse results feature. From there data was downloaded after selecting the Country/Region analysis.
