Read on is a browser extension that helps you keep track of your bookmarks by turning them into a subscription list. You can subscribe to multiple bookmark folders and receive random reading reminders at times you choose.

• Bookmark Subscription List: Manage and view your bookmark folders as a subscription list.
• Set Reminder Time: Customize when you receive reminders.

• Remind to Read Later: Set reminders for later reading.

Installation

A. From Chrome Web Store

Open Chrome and go to the Chrome Web Store, Click "Add to Chrome" to install the extension.

B. Manual Installation

1. Clone and Build the Extension:

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/Heroor/read-on.git

# Install dependencies
pnpm install

# Build the extension
pnpm run build

2. Load the Extension in Chrome:

• Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
• Enable Developer mode.
• Click Load unpacked and select the extension directory from the cloned repository.

Usage

1. Open the Extension: Click on the extension icon in the browser toolbar.
2. Subscribe to Folders: Select the bookmark folders you want to subscribe to.
3. Set Reminder Time: Choose the time intervals for receiving reading reminders.
4. Enjoy Random Bookmarks: Receive and read random bookmarks based on your settings.
