Custom AWS Launch Stack Image

Create your own custom AWS launch stack png image.

Set Up

1. Copy the Github project files into an S3 bucket.

2. Modify the CloudFormation template to point to the files.

3. Run the CloudFormation template.

4. This will create a new S3 bucket named, "launch-stack-custom-icon-xxxxxxxx." The "xxxxxxxx" will be the unique CloudFormation ID. Inside the bucket, open the "index.html" file. You will see this:

5. Create your custom launch stack image. Just type the name of your launch stack and press "Submit."
