> IncidenceMatrix$new(
+     data = dat, 
+     rnames = row.names(dat))
Error in .subset2(public_bind_env, "initialize")(...) : 
  unused argument (rnames = row.names(dat))

Although

> IncidenceMatrix$new(data = dat)

seems to work fine and passes the rownames of dat to the IncidenceMatrix...
