About the PR

I changed the default cvars for atmos so we can close #50 by making spacing much more deadly and a concern for the crew. An important note: firelocks that are directly on the door are not proper airlocks, and will allow a breach to spread through -- and space wind to happen again, if you open them. I recommend using the half-tile firelocks if you want an actual safe airlock to exit and enter breached areas with. Human TTK for a breach after this change, assuming no space-wind induced concussions, is 1 minute 15 seconds.

Why / Balance

Spacing should be scary.
