About the PR

• Removes Delta-v logo and replaces it with our own.
• Removes Delta-v branded lobby screens and puts in a basic placeholder one that's branded for us.
• Renames window from Delta-v to Horizon Station.

TODO:

• Update logo font
• Export updated logo to logo game assets
• Update placeholder lobby screen
• Correct licensing information

Why / Balance

We're not Delta-v

Technical details

Stuff related to Delta-v lobby screens have either been commented out or shafted into their own folder. I've also added a Template folder for more lobby-screen templates in the future and put the current placeholder screen into it since it basically is just a template,
