Commits taken from the import branch to serve as a reference for supporting reflection-probe components on any host type. The gizmo system needs to be expanded/rewritten to allow for more complex gizmo/OpenGL drawing so that the default light probe UI that Blender provides can be replicated before this can proceed. Tests will also need to be added/cherrypicked from the import branch after the new testing system in the import branch is merged.
