1. A user should be able to access all metadata and data (raw and processed), harmonized, from the two prevalent assays in the DCP using feature barcodes. It is preferred, but not required that one assay be focused on multiplexed assays and one on a multi-modality assay to nucleate both use cases in the DCP.
