Even more new stuff than last time!!!

• Major settings overhaul!
• Credits in settings now actually credit people who have contributed since Whited00r 11
• "Limed00r" menu in settings has been renamed to "Limed00r Revolved" and now reflects current LDR version
• "Do Not Distrub" has finally had its spelling corrected, " Display & Brightness" no longer has a space before it
• All AssistiveTouch icons have been updated with a more accurate font, and the Home icon has been overhauled to match modern iOS
• All of the old "slide to" text on the lockscreen has been removed (it was poorly aligned since I'm using the slider knob as the "Slide to unlock" text)
• New "Slide to answer" for incoming calls (doubt this will ever be seen since 2G and 3G are dead)
• The play and pause icons for the music app and control center are now more rounded to match modern iOS
