+        For a bit more casual conversation, I recommend using the telegram support chats.
+        Generally, chat conversation is more forgiving than a ticket that has a clear state (resolved/unresolved) and needs to be answered in a specific time frame. Emotionally, it also seems to better convey that this is not a faceless corpo customer service helpdesk with paid employees but just random everyday people that enjoy helping others.
