Setup Virtual Env

1. pip install virtualenv in your shell.
2. virtualenv myenv
3. myenv/Scripts/activate to activate your env

For virtualenv to install all files in the requirements.txt file

1. cd to the directory where requirements.txt is located
2. activate your virtualenv
3. run: pip install -r requirements.txt in your shell

Note:

• If you are getting error for annoy install->

• Substitute with annoy==1.17.0 instead of the given line. (annoy @ file:///E:/SWT/smwt-backend/myenv/Lib/site-packages/annoy/annoy-1.17.0-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl)

• If fasttext installation gives errors (windows machines might get errors for VS build tools),

• Download windows binary for your Python version from https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

• Save it in your env/Lib/site-packages/fasttext/ folder.

• Substitute with fasttext==0.9.2 instead of the given line. (fasttext @ file:///E:/SWT/smwt-backend/myenv/Lib/site-packages/fasttext/fasttext-0.9.2-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl)

To Execute and Start Server

uvicorn main:app --reload
