If argparse is given an argv value None it automatically uses sys.argv, so no need to do this in our code.
Adding removal of trailing whitespace in Python files.
Automate the reporting of changes in the KB, additions/deletions of data as part of the release notes. Also identify new contributors. The resulting file is used as a draft for KB release notes.
