Are we going to leave the service name as MYSQL80 ?

Hmm you're right, that should probably be MYSQL84, but will have to be careful on how we delete old service etc.

On further thought might also need to force this one to be a "full" upgrade (i.e. fully delete and recreate schemas) rather than in-place as the auth changes won't work otherwise.
