What I cannot understand is I seem to be able to run the visualization cell of this notebook, which uses the same itkwidgets version, and it seems to work: https://github.com/ImagingDataCommons/IDC-Tutorials/blob/master/notebooks/getting_started/part3_exploring_cohorts.ipynb. Could this error be introduced by some other package that was installed here? |
