As a team captain
I want to change the team name
So that the admins don't have to do it for me.

As a team captain
I want to appoint a manager
So that the manager doesn't have to pay full price.

1. Pretty easy, but issue Team password hashing #32 forces us to migrate the production database.
2. I'm currently working on it.
   • Should be based on the same principles as the team registering i.e. chose a tournament, a team, and password ?
   • Or should we generate a URL with a token for the manager to join directly ?

I think both solutions should be available for registering players and managers anyway. It would be very easy for team captains to just share a link to fellow players, instead of giving them an exact team name and password to be copied.
