Color log formatter

[grimoire]

• log level name would be colored.
• add timer to key function in pytorch engine.

DEBUG mode could be enabled by:

logger = get_logger('lmdeploy')
logger.setLevel(logging.DEBUG)
for handler in logger.handlers:
    handler.setLevel(logging.DEBUG)
