Remove cardano-git-rev package

Description

This package has been moved to the cardano-base repo.

However, after the move to base it was improved to make sure it operates correctly and then uploaded to CHaP.

Unfortunately I am not able to update the index-states in cabal.project because that causes a bunch of difficult to debug dependency solver failures.

Checklist

Note on CI

If your PR is from a fork, the necessary CI jobs won't trigger automatically for security reasons.
You will need to get someone with write privileges. Please contact IOG node developers to do this
for you.
