The CI still fails for external PRs, as the fallback rpc doesn't seem to work. This only happens in the CI usually, maybe the rpc provider (drpc) has a check whether the call is coming from the GitHub IP Ranges or something like that.
We will have our own RPC in here soon and fix this, until then we can't really work with a failing CI - so I took the decision to skip the failing test in this specific test case for now temporarily.
