Added in command I used to listen to log files being generated by pipelines in a specified dir. Replaced the reproducible subsetting command with a simple head command to pull the first 100 lines from a FASTQ file. The original subsetting command does not work for me when I try aligning the subsampled FASTQ files using BWA.

Added in a command to listen to pipeline log files in a specified dir in real-time using tail which I find helpful.
Extended reproducible subsampling of a FASTQ file for if the FASTQ file is gzipped and you want the output gzipped as well.
