Minor documentation and model updates

• Minor updates to READMEs, including adding Zenodo badge, requiring renv::restore() to be executed prior to running phenotypic analyses, and updating manuscript title.
• Update model predicting clines from Fst to use absolute value of cline slope rather than raw values. Applies to Figure 3D
