1. With COR IT staff support gained access to update website directly
2. Updated COR website to address comments from client
   a. updated settings .env file to contain settings for ICON and background image to manage COR branding
   b. updated settings .env to improve management of database settings
3. Updated IIS settings to put website on server root https://gsicosttool.raleighnc.gov/
4. Additional improvement of Administrative tools
5. Renamed core application to gsicosttool

1. Updated the GSI Cost Tool Administration tools
   a. Added support to edit all underlying reference data using admin web application
   b. Cleaned up existing edit forms to improve ease of use
2. Updated the GIS Cost Tool
   a. Implemented settings-based edit of application version, support email address, and branding (icons)
   b. Cleaned up minor UI/UX issues
   c. Minor bug-fixes
3. Added additional reference data export tools to extract all configured(default) data into MS Excel
4. Added additional audit export tools to extract all user input data into MS Excel
   a. Added export of all Scenario data in ‘comparison’ format (1 to 4 Scenarios listed side-by-side)
   b. Added export of all Scenario in wide format (1 or more Scenarios with all data in wide format)
5. Updated backend code (python) to improve readability and functionality.
