This is based on the existing controller-test, but this time tries to follow our community documented XID specs (See #53).
I also attempt to dump the USB descriptors on my own this time, to be able to do exactly what an Xbox would do.
This will hopefully give us more flexibility in the future.
This is very much WIP, so it will be here for visibility only. It will be merged once it's actually working and producing good output.
