Changes Released on Oct 23, 2023:

1. Released new plugin: MtnDulcimer_HideNonMelodyNotes.qml. This plugin will hides the non-melody chord notes on the SMN staff associated with the TAB staff (as is one of the common conventions in the Mountain Dulcimer community).
2. Did some housekeeping to clean up and reorganize files and folders so that this repository can be used more effectively for multiple tools for helping with Mountain Dulcimer TAB.
