We currently have some failing tests on TC. Most likely they're caused by recent rebase on |

bedtools being in PATH was checked before the actual loading of bedtools module
With proper settings, docker should run in user mode
It should read better now
It was tempting to think that `fastq` is the working directory
Also made `pipeline_chipseq.sh` a little easier to launch
It's intended to be invoked from Docker only
It always launches the pipeline
The container is now non-interactive
