Add myunfc.txt file to add the school University of Niagara Falls Canada

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the addition of University of Niagara Falls Canada to the list of institutions eligible for the JetBrains Academic Program.

I am a graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics at University of Niagara Falls Canada. As our university is established this year, it is not currently included in the list of supported institutions.

JetBrains tools have gained significant recognition and are widely used in the field of software development and data analytics. As a student in the data analytics program, I believe that JetBrains IDEs and tools would greatly benefit our academic community, enabling us to enhance our learning experience and productivity.
