First release for new Rest-API

You can download this release here:
CommunityBridg2_Release_2.1.12.0.zip
Unzip the file and extract it wherever you want.

The Bridge is by default listening on Port 120; you can change it if you want.

You need to have:

• .NET Framework 4.5.2 (only Windows 8 and below): https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=42642
• Optional: If you see any SQL CE Error, install the SQL CE 3.5 runtime from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=5783
