Initial Release of XPlotter GUI

Tool is intended for all heavy users of XPlotter and adds tons of features to enhance your plotting experience:

• Batch processing (create several plot file in sequence)
• SSD Cache (use an SSD as cache to speed up plotting, mandatory for this tool!)
• Dual Threadding (plot a file to ssd cache while moving another file simulatanously to target drive)
• Merge plot files on the fly (merge small plot files into bigger files, improves scan time! - especially nice for users running low on SSD space)
• Converts plot files to POC2 on-the-fly (use your "old" XPlotter but create POC2 files)
