- what to include in Navbar
- wording for “Need to Talk?”
- we are on unavailable till x day, if this is an emergency please contact the counselor on call"
- "we are unavailable right now and will be around from 7pm-7am every night" or something. So we would need like an 'on hours' and an 'off hours' setting, if possible - as it kind of sucks when someone is trying to get in touch with us because they can't because we just aren't on call yet. If this is too much then we can just add a line in the regular text saying we are open from 7pm-7am every night.
- on the waiting page: “if you're waiting for more than 5 min, please call E4P and hang up”
- The font size for the admin's "type a message" box is very small!
- comes up with a "delete thread" prompt. It would be nice if there were a message indicating that the user has disconnected
- what would happen if someone accidentally closes the window?
- I like the delete thread. Just so ya know, if someone tries to use a phone to use the site and their phone locks, it will say delete thread on the admin side. I wonder if something could be put on the user side of "closing this window will disconnect and delete the conversation"
- I really like the display - for some reason, I always think the darker ones are what is selected and not the highlighted one. I think because the darker ones stand out more to me.
- I thought the dark color would be the one I was typing in, but it's the light color. I'm probably just stupid, but that was my instinct.
