The degradation values are correct actually, they seem to be exactly the same as T1. Not really sure if I'm doing this right or if this even makes sense, but I think there should be a part in the R&D center in satellites era electronics research that says the stats of tier 0 solar panels, as it exists for every other tech level. (https://discord.com/channels/319857228905447436/620690446540341261/1239744578911998004)
Calculated these values myself, so not entirely sure if they're right. (I didn't change the degradation value because I couldn't find information for that anywhere, so this will need to be fixed)
Feel free to shoot me down if this wouldn't work.
