Not really sure if I'm doing this right or if this even makes sense, but I think there should be a part in the R&D center in satellites era electronics research that says the stats of tier 0 solar panels, as it exists for every other tech level. (https://discord.com/channels/319857228905447436/620690446540341261/1239744578911998004)

Calculated these values myself, so not entirely sure if they're right. (I didn't change the degradation value because I couldn't find information for that anywhere, so this will need to be fixed)

Feel free to shoot me down if this wouldn't work.

Is the degradation value correct? I wasn't able to check that. @Capkirk123

The degradation values are correct actually, they seem to be exactly the same as T1. (the key values apparently refer to the amount of degradation according to nazfib, and the values are the same)

key1 = 0,1,-0.01100084,-0.01100084
