Changed RO_Materials selection for the fairing. Kept overheating during nominal ascents

Removed the Fuel Cell Entirely, RO Comes with fuel cells which use the stock/restock model.
Ensure crossfeed enabled by default on engine adapter Deleted duplicate fuel cell config
Actually fixed crossfeed for real this time
