`deoxys` script by jbcaron allows for easy launch of Deoxys, which `rpc_cmp` allaow to easily launch rpc commands and compare their results

What is the current behavior?
Launching deoxys and making repeated RPC calls for test as of current can be a bit of a pain, so here are a few scripts to ease this process :)

deoxysstartup script by @jbcaron, allows to easily startup, reset and reboot Deoxys.rpc_cmpscript by me allows to easily make rpc calls between Deoxys and a Pathfinder endpoint and compare the results.Does this introduce a breaking change?
