This is starting to run the existing tests using jest instead of mocha inside of CI. Let's see what it does.

Gonna take this over in an effort to get Puppeteer support in Ghost, as well 👍

Sure, I would recommend de-coupling those efforts if possible though. It should be totally fine to run puppeteer through mocha as well I think?

Yep, poor wording on my part :P. Separate efforts.
