This repository contains extra data derived and used in Belikov et al. titled "Prediction of robust scientific facts from literature".

pmid_wosid.csv.gz contains the mapping of PMIDs to Web of Science IDs for union of PMIDs from Geneways and Literome intersected with LINCS L1000 interactions.

wos_citations.csv.gz contains the citation data for PMIDs from pmid_wosid.csv.gz.
