Just an exercise to the programming kata "Cal"

Write a Programm, which monthly calendar prints to console. Possible commandline parameters are

1. none - current month and year is printed
2. the starting day of week → reorders the week with current month and year
3. month and year
4. month, year and start day of week.

Possible output looks like:

C:>cal 2 2014
Februar 2014
So Mo Di Mi Do Fr Sa
