These are cosmetic changes that will allow us to cherry-pick the changes from KomodoPlatform/komodo#583 into our codebase without any conflicts. However, this commit only includes one missed change, which is moving hwmheight out of komodo_connectblock to allow testing. This change was introduced by jmj: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/komodo/blob/156dba60184c07d0781a57d5b5005b8f3dba0c98/src/komodo.cpp#L627-L637

While studying komodo dpow code I added some comments for important dpow code, to memorise my findings and provide info for other developers.
